Digital workflow and operations
I help turn fragmented routines, documents and handovers into clearer systems, tools and processes.
~/digital-systems
I build practical digital tools, workflows and AI-assisted systems for messy real-world operations.
I work with structure, overview and improvement where business processes, people and technology meet. The projects here are a mix of client-style systems, public prototypes, operational tools and experiments in structured AI-assisted work.
/* work */
I help turn fragmented routines, documents and handovers into clearer systems, tools and processes.
I build lightweight applications, scripts and prototypes that reduce manual work and make information easier to act on.
I use AI as part of a structured workflow: clarify the problem, extract assumptions, build prompts, generate working drafts, move into code, reflect, and improve the method.
The goal is not fancy technology for its own sake. The goal is tools that survive contact with actual users, actual constraints and actual Monday mornings.
/* selected work */
I like projects that make unclear work easier to handle: registrations, cases, documents, logistics, decisions, guidance and learning loops. Some are polished. Some are prototypes. The useful ones get to stay online.

Shows: user guidance, plain-language structure, sensitive-context design.
/* method */
I usually start by mapping the mess: what people are trying to do, where the information lives, what breaks, and what is only obvious to the person who has been there for ten years.
Then I build the smallest useful structure: a workflow, prototype, script, admin tool, document model, data view or AI-assisted process.
The goal is not to make impressive technology. The goal is to make useful systems that survive reality.
I use AI as a structured delivery workflow, not just as a question-answering tool.
The goal is simple: every project should produce a useful delivery, and every delivery should make the next project easier to start.

I am a digital systems and operations-oriented consultant based in Odda, Norway.
My work sits between business operations, software, people and delivery. I like turning scattered information and messy processes into tools, workflows and structures people can actually use.
I have worked with project delivery, digital services, internal tools, automation, process improvement and AI-assisted ways of working. I am especially interested in practical systems that reduce friction: clearer handovers, better information flow, searchable documentation, lightweight admin tools and structured decision support.
The common thread is simple: make the work easier to understand, easier to continue and harder to lose.
