IT operations and service delivery
Support, troubleshooting, clients, servers, networks, software, hardware and the practical details that keep organizations moving.
~/digital-systems
Senior consultant with a broad operational profile across IT, digital services, workflow design, project support, automation, infrastructure, training, event operations, e-commerce and user-facing service delivery.
I build practical systems and structures where people, technology, routines and messy real-world operations meet.
/* work */
Support, troubleshooting, clients, servers, networks, software, hardware and the practical details that keep organizations moving.
I help turn fragmented routines, documents, handovers and project information into clearer systems and ways of working.
Power Platform, RPA, internal tools, document control, dashboards and lightweight applications that reduce manual drag.
Teaching, venue and event operations, e-commerce, retail, sales and community work give the systems a useful reality check.
/* total profile */
I am a senior consultant and digital systems builder with about 15 years in IT and digital services, plus several years of project, consulting and leadership-support work across industrial, public-sector, cultural and commercial environments.
My foundation is practical IT: support, operations, infrastructure, clients, servers, networks, software, hardware, helpdesk work, Microsoft and Google environments, and the unglamorous troubleshooting that keeps real organizations moving. On top of that I work with process improvement, project delivery, document control, quality, Power Platform, PIMS/Omega 365, RPA, internal tools and structured AI-assisted delivery.
The wider profile matters: I have also worked with event and venue operations, online stores, retail sales and deputy store management, teaching, board work and community support roles. That gives me a practical sense of how people, pressure, routines, handovers and messy information actually behave outside neat diagrams.
The common thread is simple: make work easier to understand, easier to continue and harder to lose.

/* method */
I usually start by mapping the mess: what people are trying to do, where the information lives, what breaks, and what is only obvious to the person who has been there for ten years.
Then I build the smallest useful structure: a workflow, prototype, script, admin tool, document model, data view or AI-assisted process.
The goal is not to make impressive technology. The goal is to make useful systems that survive reality.
AI is one useful method in that toolbox. It helps with exploration, drafting, review and implementation, but it does not replace the work of understanding people, routines, constraints and handover.
When I use AI, I use it as a structured delivery workflow, not just as a question-answering tool.
The goal is simple: every project should produce a useful delivery, and every delivery should make the next project easier to start.
